As to what actually the cause issue in the first place is still unknown as AMD have not revealed the root cause of the issue. Update 11 (): AMD on r/AMD subreddit have claimed that they might have found the root cause of the USB issues and will be releasing BIOS version 1.2.0.2 to the motherboard manufacturers in about a week, so please keep an eye for the new BIOS updates if you are facing the issue.
